电饭锅柠檬奶油蛋糕(多功能电饭锅)



今天有个朋友下午茶时间whatapps我说:“突然想吃蛋糕!”
我的回复是:“突然想弄蛋糕!” 其实今天一早起来就心思思想弄个蛋糕。。。

原来,有时觉得吃腻了蛋糕,举手投降说这个星期不要再吃蛋糕了!但是过不久又会想念它。尤其是homemade的蛋糕,更令人牵肠挂肚,欲罢不休!

回到家赶紧把鸡蛋从冰厨拿出来解冻,等晚饭后就开工了!

之前做了一款电饭锅香蕉蛋糕,今天就再试做柠檬奶油蛋糕!

这款食谱,我通常拿去烤箱烘烤,这次在电饭锅的烘焙功能,会出什么效果呢?
看看照片,是非常的松软,口感非常的好!每个人都说好吃!




食谱是从网上拿的,问题是忘记了网址,所以不好意思啦某某网人,借用一下食谱!

材料:(8寸圆模)
牛油 250g
白糖 180g
柠檬 1粒(取皮,磨成茸)
鸡蛋 4粒 (大)
面粉 250g
泡打粉 2茶匙
牛奶 5汤匙
Poppy Seeds 20g 
柠檬汁2汤匙 (30ml)

淋面的柠檬糖浆:
白糖 8tbsp / 3tbsp
柠檬 1粒(取汁)(10汤匙)
柠檬 1粒 (取皮,磨成茸)


1.筛沥面粉和泡打粉。
2.把牛油加入白糖,打至牛油变浅色和呈蓬松状态。
3.一次加入一个鸡蛋,打均,快打至滑,然后加入柠檬茸,搅拌均匀。
4.加入面粉和牛奶,拌均,再加入poppy seeds,再度拌均匀。
5.把面糊倒入8寸烤盘中。
6.预热烤炉180度c,烤40分钟。(本来50min)
(电饭锅煮法按baking,50分钟)

在烤蛋糕的时候,可以开始准备淋面的柠檬糖浆
1.把白糖和柠檬汁混合,用小火煮至白糖溶化,再加入柠檬茸。
2.当蛋糕烤好后,从烤炉取出,用竹签往蛋糕刺多多小洞。
3.把柠檬糖浆均匀淋在热蛋糕表面。
4.最好把蛋糕放过夜,让柠檬糖浆均匀渗透均匀,会更美味。
* 一定要趁蛋糕还热的时候,把柠檬糖浆淋上,不然糖浆不能均匀渗透人蛋糕内。

I think that your lemon butter cake looks very impressive knowing the fact that you actually bake it using your rice cooker!
